Indian Spiced Chickpeas with Roasted Cauliflower

If you get a hankering for some Indian food, we suggest you try this recipe. It’s pretty easy to make and tastes fairly authentic! Roasting cauliflower brings out the best in its flavor and makes a good side dish for any meal.

Brussels Sprouts

We love it when you can buy a whole stalk of Brussels Sprouts at the market. These were cooked in a saute pan with some olive oil, garlic, red pepper flake, salt, pepper and a splash of balsamic. Easy and delicious!
